Anchor & Bean Coffee Co. has partnered with GOD'S BUCKET BRIGADE (GBB) to bring you a very special mission blend.
We choose GBB because, not only do Leanne and I have a personal relationship with John, but we both have a real heart for the homeless. Homelessness is not always a choice. Fact is, we are all just one event, or bad decision away from being homeless.
As stated in GBB's vision statement. The aim is to eradicate homelessness by being a beacon of hope for those experiencing its hardships. Rooted in the love and teachings of Jesus, they are committed to providing essential resources and services, heartfelt compassion, and unwavering support to individuals and families in need. They envision a future where everyone is empowered to reclaim their lives, rebuild their dignity, be given the opportunity to achieve lasting stability, thrive in their God-given purpose, and know that they are deeply valued and loved.
It's for these reasons that Leanne and I have committed to donating a percentage of the proceeds of every bag of "GBB Blend" Anchor & Bean Coffee Co. premium coffee towards GOD'S BUCKET BRIGADE. Together we can chip in towards a truly worthy cause, while enjoying a spectacular cup of coffee.

About GBB

About
John & GBB
God gave me a heart for the homeless, and now he has given me a mission.
In 2014, I had a “God dream” in which I saw people carrying white 5-gallon buckets on the streets. I observed one man taking personal items out of his bucket. I instantly realized he was homeless. I ran from this dream for years, while keeping it a secret.
In May of 2016, I started a personal relationship with Jesus and made a public profession of faith through water baptism April 30, 2017. Shortly thereafter, God placed a stranger on my path in a coffee shop. Six months later, he was the very first person I ever shared my “God dream” with. After sharing the dream, he asked me a question. “What are you gonna do about it?” My response was, “What do you mean?” He boldly pointed his finger at me and said, “That’s YOUR call!”
